(In February, 2026) A delegation from JLG, a subsidiary of OSHCO Group and a global leader in aerial work platforms and telehandlers, led by Mahesh Narang (President), Andy Tacelosky (Global COO), and Jonathan Dawson (Vice President of International Region), visited China to engage in in-depth discussions with the local team and partners. This visit not only demonstrates JLG’s strong commitment to the Chinese market. But also clarifies the company’s future development strategy in China. To continuously create long-term value for customers through localized innovation, service upgrades, and technological breakthroughs.

Enhanced Localization, Upgraded Products&Services

In 2025, JLG launched more than ten mass-produced models in the Chinese market, quickly gaining high recognition from leasing companies and end users thanks to their superior performance and reliability. In 2026, JLG will continue to expand its localized product lineup, planning to add more than 17 domestically produced models to further meet the diversified needs of the Chinese market.

Simultaneously, JLG will officially launch its Asia-Pacific spare parts warehouse in Tianjin in the first quarter, significantly improving service response efficiency. It will also fully promote the Shanghai used equipment refurbishment center project, providing customers with more comprehensive lifecycle value management services, including trade-in programs and fuel-to-electricity conversion support.

Wu Xiaolu, General Manager of JLG Asia, said: “The Chinese market is a core component of JLG’s global strategy. We are not only committed to providing high-quality products, but also focused on the full lifecycle value management of our customers’ equipment, helping them maximize benefits at every stage of equipment use, upgrades and disposal.”

Value-Driven, Beyond Price

Facing market competition, JLG has made it clear that it will not engage in price wars. Instead, it focuses on technological innovation and service upgrades to provide customers with long-term, stable support.

Mr. Mahesh Narang emphasized: “At JLG, ‘Customer First’ is our core philosophy. We believe that only by creating lasting value for our customers can we achieve true mutual success. The importance of the Chinese market lies not only in its scale but also in its innovative dynamism and strategic role in supporting our global business.”

Anchored in China, Expanding Together

Technological innovation is at the core of JLG’s competitive advantage,” stated Mr. Andy Tacelosky (COO), “We will continue increasing R&D investments in China to ensure local customers gain immediate access to our world-leading technologies.”

Despite industry challenges, JLG’s confidence in the Chinese market remains steadfast. The company will maintain its growth trajectory through localized investments, service enhancements, and technological leadership to develop alongside Chinese customers.

As Mr. Mahesh Narang emphasized: “China plays a vital role in JLG’s global strategy. We are committed to long-term localization and will work hand-in-hand with partners to pioneer the next chapter for the aerial work platform industry.”
